It was good. I plan on returning. Friendly atmosphere! 😁👍
Awesome place. Great food good price.
Very interesting small family restaurant. Excellent and authentic Polish food. I had the combo plate to get a taste of everything and added half order of potato pancakes as I wanted to try them as well. DELICIOUS! Not fancy, but clean, with very reasonable prices. Great service! I'll be back.
MoreLove, love, love Sabinas!!! The space is a little small for the amount of customers that come in this place. Food is so good!!! My favorites are the cabbage soup, perogies, meat balls, potatoe cakes, cheesecake, smoked kielbasa and krout so many delicious options to chose from! Very consistent never fails to be on point. Their pretty quick too! Service is ok for the most part never had a negative experience but staff is very busy. Overall good place to eat. I've been coming here for about 8 years
MoreThe real deal polish food. They are not joking you, everything is fresh, good, and delicious! Excellent friendly servers too, top notch!
MoreBest Polish food this side of Poland! Make sure you save room for the $1 dessert, always amazing.
MorePolish food served up fast. Good flavor, but a bit soft. Beef and pork very tender. Sauerkraut is very mild. Good prices.
MoreWould definitely recommend trying out this place. Excellent atmosphere, delightful food, excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.
MoreThe best European food I head in the states except for the stuff my mom makes when she's visiting ;-)
MoreJust like Melvindale, the little city with the big heart, Sabina's is a little restaurant with a huge heart! You'll be treated like old friends and served food filled with love at a very reasonable price. I've never heard a bad review from anyone I've recommended eat here! Best potato pancakes I've ever had!
MoreThe lunch menu is until 4pm and is a good value with several good choices, very tasty. Our server was very good also.
MoreWonderful place to have a Polish dinner - my family thoroughly enjoys Sabinas. The food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable and the service is awesome! You won’t be disappointed!
MoreOmg. So good. We go there from Howell n it's worth the drive. pickle soup to die for n killer potato pancakes! All things sausage 😋😋😋
MoreExcellent Polish cooking. The way it is suppose to taste.
Great food. Good quality. Pros: Enjoyed the perogies, stuffed cabbages and kielbasa sauges. Their dill pickle soup is top notch. Dessert crepes are popular. Cons: Ambiance is simple.
MoreFood is great and very Polish. The waitress helped while ordering food and with the lunch specials. Very cost effective, total value for money. We went during lunch, and it was crowded with office goers and regulars also.
MoreDelicious home cooked food that never disappoints. Staff is fast and friendly. Place is always packed for lunch. They know a good thing! Prices are super reasonable for the portion offered. I love the combo plate with the smoked sausage!
MoreAs always the staff was nice, helpful and polite. The food was delicious like I've come to expect. Never let me down.
MoreThe best food EVER!!! I love this place and am so lucky to live close. You will never be disappointed!💝💝💝💝💝💝
MoreExcellent serving sizes. All home made. Service excellent. Not loud at all. Enjoyed lunch with some girl friends & we were able to carry on a conversation with out shouting. Pricing reasonable
MoreThe pierogies are so good with bacon and onions. Everyone loved their meal and the friendly service. Come hungry with a hankering for Polish food and you should be satisfied!
MoreBest Polish Food made from scratch! Only place that sells fresh kielbasa & delicate pierogi reasonable prices! Great food & Super Service! Nice Family Restaurant!
MoreAlways great food and great service. I try to order something different each time and nothing has been disappointing.
MoreThis place was fantastic, we arrived at 5:00 on a Saturday and got the last table available but it wouldn't have mattered. The crew ran like a well oiled machine, the service was fast and friendly but we never felt rushed. If you plan to go with a larger party I would call to reserve a table.
MoreGreat polish home cooking. Like being at your grandparents. Everything was yummy and they give you a lot.
MoreFood, service and ambiance is always genuine. The price is right and the food is spot on. Absolutely have always been glad I chose there to eat. If I could kiss the cooks there I would.
MoreExcellent Polish restaurant this side of Warsaw! Always great quality food. Plus catering, too. Come here often.
MoreTook my in laws there we loved it. Pic of the combo plate.
Best Polish food downriver. Decent prices. A little tight on seating at lunch, but well worth it.
MoreVery busy for lunch, get there early, it is worth the wait if you do have to wait and it's very reasonably priced. Great place all around!
MoreGreat food with outstanding flavor and taste. Soup was just like Busia use to make.
MoreSourkraut is almost as good as Mom's! Dill pickle soup is delicious...not too thick & not too spicy! Thanks for not (black) peppering your foods...I always consider salt & pepper as condiments chosen only by guests to add! Yummy delight! STOLAT!
MoreFriendly waitress, food didn't take long after order went in. Got the lunch special, good eating. Price reasonable! Place was packed! Will be back!
MoreThe pierogies at Sabinas were awesome. I tried each one of the different types; potato, cabbage and sweet cheese. The sweet cheese really wasn't my thing but I enjoyed them anyway because I really liked the dough and they were perfectly pan fried. My wife had the sampler plate which includes meatballs, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa, potatoes, sour kraut, green beans and 2 pierogies. What a deal for just over $10. My only digs were the kielbasa, which I've had better, and the size of the restaurant, it was tiny. The staff was great and service was fast. Overall a great value.
MoreGreat kielbasa and potato pancakes and veal cutlets. I'm sure there are other great items that I haven't tried, yet. Their mashed potatoes are half real potatoes and half flakes. Not crazy about that because they taste like boxed. The potato pancakes are wonderfully crispy and about 4" round. It's a small restaurant so be prepared to squeeze into an area that is a little too close for comfort, but everyone is so nice that you feel ok.The above review is from a while ago. New Owner has same great menu, just better mashed potatoes and great take out service. The food is slightly better, as well. Be prepared to pay at the register for dining in or take out.
MoreOrdered to go and the customer service was good food was delicious, can not complain
MoreSo delicious. I had then combination played and everything was perfect.
This is a five star restaurant the service is a five-star the food is also a five star the atmosphere a five-star. The ultimate dining experience.
MoreWonderful dill pickle soup, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa, Polish meatballs, cucumber salad. You name it and the staff is so nice and very efficient.
MoreAbsolutely fantastic. Scratch-made polish food! Authentic pierogies, potato pancakes, goulash and some amazing home-made deserts. I tried this place on a whim and was so happy I did. I'll absolutely be back. They seem to have lots of "regulars" there and I understand why! Bravo Sabina, keep up the great work. (menu photos as of Jan 2020).
MoreAmazing little polish restaurant. Always busy but definitely worth it. Very quick service. Cabbage soup is so good! Dont pass this place up!
MoreVery good food, reasonable prices. Fast, friendly service. The potato pancakes are quite tasty.
MoreLove the food. It is like it Hamtramack in the 70's. But you dont need to drive so far. Prices are average and the staff are so nice.
MoreFish and all was good, Liked the fish you had before much better Batter fryed is Better
MoreI love this place! It's like visiting your grandmother and her spoiling you with your absolute favorite things. The kielbasa, stuffed cabbage, and potato pancakes are on point. And don't get me started on the pierogi. The mushroom soup is amazing as well.
MoreThe food is really tasty, the prices are really cheap, the service is fast and the waiters are really kind!
MoreThe best Polish food around! I go there an average of once a month and I am never disappointed! I never leave without ordering potato pancakes and crepes for dessert, they are the most delectable items on the menu! I have never left disappointed or hungry, I'm usually in a food coma!
MoreGreat variety of polish foods ,stuffed cabbage ,fresh kielbasa and pierogie and specialty dishes and soups fantastic dill beet soup.
MoreVery good Polish food and friendly waitresses. The city chicken is my favorite, just like moms and the delicious dill pickle soup. I also like that they have real size soup bowls. I always enjoy going here. The only way it could be better is if they played Polish music.
MoreNice but small menu of Polish Menu. If your in the area and Craving Polish Fare, stop in. parking isn't the greatest, but the food is. The wait staff was excellent and the prices won't kill you.
